Interesting talk with two participants in anti-war movements in the 80’s with very different tactical points of views on the use of violence.
A respectful dialogue was maintained throughout the evening event, but my take away was that everyone in attendance probably left with their already held views intact.
Interesting note that the Department of Peace Studies at McMaster wouldn’t co-sponsor the event with us, though their Director came to the event.
